This is a really well put together game. Itโs fun, challenging and enjoyable. The point system is fun to try and track but not important. Lastly the no ads with this arcade game.
Fun to play but I noticed a issue when I go into the game centre. Itโll freeze after I open it and I canโt get back to the game. I have to close the app and re open. Also, how come I canโt get the same icons the other players are using??!
Seriously considering deleting this app. It seems that I can win one game per day and no more. Very frustrating!
Single player is just fine. Why no ability to choose your multiplayer partner? Iโd love to just play with my wife.
Iโve always wanted to learn to play Gin and this game has been amazing! I play it all the time and I even play Gin with my friends now that I know how!
Really needs Async multiplayer with friends. I miss this. I use to play card games with my parents but every game removed Async. I want to play a turn and then my parents get a notification itโs their turn. I donโt want to play some random person or be forced to play a whole game in one sitting.
Game is fine. Computer isnโt the best player. But issue is as you โprogressโ it just progressively gives the computer better hands and pushes your cards later in the deck. Combine that with the knock at every opportunity computer approach which droves an undercut first strategy and the game quickly gets boring. Itโs a silly dynamic, particularly the whole hand bias approach to ramping difficulty as you keep playing.
Launch the app and select 'Play' to start a new game. Follow the interactive tutorial to learn the basics: draw one card from the deck or discard pile, then discard one to reduce your deadwood. Aim to form melds (sets of 3-4 cards of the same rank or runs of 3+ cards in sequence of the same suit) and knock when your deadwood is 10 points or less, or go for Gin with no deadwood.
If you're stuck, tap the hint button for suggestions on which card to pick or discard. Made a mistake? Use the unlimited undo feature to revert your move and try a different strategy. These tools are great for beginners learning the game or pros refining their tactics.
In Classic mode, play against an AI opponent with adaptive skill levels. Draw one card per turn, discard another, and aim to form melds to reduce your deadwood to 10 or fewer points to knock, or achieve Gin for a bonus. Track your progress with high scores and achievements.
Join Leagues to compete against different AI opponents and climb the ranks. Each game challenges you to refine your strategy, with over 500 rounds to test your skills. Earn titles and learn advanced gameplay techniques to become a Gin Rummy master.
