This game is legit so unique on its own. The graphics is unlike others and I love the animation. Itโs so freaking cute. The only thing I donโt like is the touchscreen control. I wish it had more of a joystick control as I donโt wanna keep tapping just to move.
Yet another Apple Arcade game they just throw onto the service without any instructions or help. All these developers just coming out with "free" games for Apple Arcade and they expect us to know what to do. I'm getting really tired of paying money to Apple each month only to get games that have absolutely no tutorial or help section. "collect mail" - um, ok, HOW? "build a workbench" - um, ok HOW? "collect this, build that, go here" - um, ok, HOW? A little instruction would be helpful. This game is just taking up hard drive space. Useless.
I love this game and I really hope it finds its way over to Steam so my friends can play. Such a cute casual game, and love the authentic Japanese words and celebrations. This is the perfect game to play on my laptop at bedtime. Some of the things are a bit tricky to figure out if you're unfamiliar with Japanese but luckily the internet helped with that.

This game reminds me a lot of stardew valley, and maybe that's where the inspiration comes from. However, I felt less stress with this game (maybe it's because of the wonderful soundtrack -- at least i'm not sick of it yet) in terms of getting things done. While it doesn't give you clear instructions, there's enough hints through icons and the like to be able to figure out what to do next fairly easily. I do find the "tap to walk to location" a bit disorienting at times and I find myself hoping that the control would be more like a joystick.
Love this chill game that also helps you learn about Japanese culture through the seasons and festivals, I honestly think that the game is just fine with small hints to get you through, not everyone needs exact guides to play games, much prefer games that let you figure things out, love the cooking mechanism, i'm seriously hoping for more recipe updates, more urban legend plotlines, canmaybe even the abiltiy to decorate and upgrade your house, please keep updating more and releasing new stuff, I play this on my train ride to work everyday
Easily one of the best games I have ever played of itโs genre. The story parts really immerse you. The attention to detail when it comes to the Shinto and Buddhist traditions of Japan is amazing. Playing in Japanese helped me with practice reading and vocabulary. Highly recommended for anyone interested in Japan and/or Japanese culture.

This game is cute and not bad but has a couple major flaws that make it not fun. First, the fishing mechanic on a track pad is PAINFUL. It needs to be changed. If I were on an iPad or phone it would be fine, but desktop is awful. Second, when the chicken grows up it can eat from a set selection every day. When the dog grows up, it only requests food I do not have and will take days or longer to make, forcing me to slowly starve the dog. I HATE THAT SO MUCH. Just let me feed the dog berries or fish and find a different way to get me to cook specific recipes! This is awful and the reason I am quitting the game.
