it’s fun and simple but my only question is what’s the point of spinning the wheel? it doesn’t seem like the money can be used for anything, can you guys explain?

How to describe this game? Boring. Unimaginative. Basic just to start. No real tie to Wheel of Fortune. Just an example of developers trying to cash in on a popular brand with no real thought behind it. Just do a crossword and forget about this
This game looks to have been just thrown together and doesn’t match the quality of other Arcade games. The graphics are primitive and could almost be called ugly. The game play is also simple. There is nothing past the idea of doing a one time word puzzle per day to make at least me want to come back and do it every day. Even the tie to the tv game is shallow. So you can 'win' money every day, what is that even for? Other than you can spin a virtual wheel and get a random result.
I mean, it’s just the final Jeopardy round. Could just as well be a ‘guess the phrase’ game without the Jeopardy name. There’s a mode to challenge friends but it’s basic. How about a ‘challenge friends’ mode where you all take turns spinning, guessing, buying vowels, etc. like real Jeopardy? Or at the very least, play against computer characters?
Not enough wheel spinning, it feels nothing like wheel of fortune. It’s a glorified “guess the word” game.
This game is just like playing 10% of what the real game is. Becomes boring very quickly.
It doesn’t sync properly so we lost out 108 day streak and winnings despite having to fiddle with it for 20 minutes to get the cloud save to come up only for it to lose our data once selected. Good concept, bad execution.
I’ve won a million dollars twice and didn’t even notice the first time because it didn’t do anything special. You can win money but there’s nothing to do with it so there’s no real motivation to keep playing and no real difference in excitement between winning $500 or the million. Also the wheel should never move backwards, that just looks really wrong. Update: they updated it and made it worse. Now the tossups reset the clock to 30 seconds after every correct answer, so it’s pretty much impossible to lose. There’s just no challenge anywhere, it’s disappointing.
I wanted to love this but one spin a day is like the videos that end too early. No real satisfaction, I gave up on it pretty quick.
